Los Alamos ScienceFest Release of Liability & Agreement to Indemnify:
As a participant in the Los Alamos ScienceFest, I recognize that there are certain risks of property damage and physical injury, including loss of life, personal injuries, property damages and expenses which I may sustain while participating in any and all activities connected with or associated with the events. On behalf of myself and all persons in my entry, I waive, relinquish, release and discharge all claims and demands against and agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Los Alamos ScienceFest Board, the Los Alamos Commerce and Development Corporation, and all agents, organizers and employees, from any and all claims and demands arising out of, or in any way associated with, my participation and the participation of all persons in my entry in all activities of the event in which we are participating. This provision does not apply to the Incorporated County of Los Alamos, New Mexico, or any of its departments or employees acting in their employment capacity.
